We redesigned its website and worked on SEO to help more customers find the business and get in touch. The new website puts the services, completed work, and contact options in front of visitors. It gives someone looking for a wrap or a sign a clear place to start, with direct routes to call the team or request a quote. #### Put Services and Completed Work First We built the design around vehicle photography, large outlined headings, and a black-and-yellow palette. The homepage introduces the business through its work, with quote and gallery links beside the main message. Vehicle, trailer, and boat wraps each have a service card. The navigation separates services, locations, upfitting, and business information, so visitors can move from a broad introduction to the service they need. A visible phone number and quote button keep contact close at hand. The design, print, and installation steps also have their own place on the homepage. Together, these details explain what the team offers and give customers a reason to enquire. #### Support the Redesign with Search Visibility SEO work accompanied the new website. The aim was to bring more people to the business through search and turn that traffic into calls and leads. The website names the services and the areas the business serves, including Victoria, San Antonio, and South Texas. Service and location navigation helps visitors find relevant information once they arrive. #### More Traffic, Calls and Leads Following the website redesign and SEO work, website traffic increased by up to 50%. The business also received more calls and leads. The new website gives those visitors a clearer view of the services and a direct way to contact the team, with the work gallery and service previews supporting their decision to enquire. #### Activity Started in August and Grew in September We started work in August 2026. That month, activity began coming through the Google Business Profile, with customers calling, clicking through to the website, and requesting directions. September brought a clear increase across all three measures. The charts below show the early progress through September, with more people finding the business and taking the next step to get in touch. ### DebtFreeMe: Website & App Development Source: https://ammarulhaq.com/case-debtfreeme/ We developed the website and app for DebtFreeMe, a personal finance product that helps people organize debts, plan repayments, and track their progress. - Client: DebtFreeMe - Industry: Personal Finance - Scope: Website & App Development - Product: Debt Planning & Progress Tracking #### A Website and an App for Debt Planning We developed both the DebtFreeMe website and its app. The website introduces the product and explains how it works; the app gives users a place to organize their debts and follow a repayment plan. The product starts with the details users enter: balances, interest rates, and minimum payments. It uses those numbers to show repayment options and an estimated debt-free date, without requiring a bank connection. #### Explain the Product Before Sign-Up The website leads with a preview of the app, so visitors can see what they will use before creating an account. Short sections explain adding debts, choosing a repayment strategy, recording payments, and tracking progress. A green and white palette, large headings, and clear sign-up actions keep the page easy to scan. The website also explains that DebtFreeMe is a planning tool and does not move money. #### Keep the Repayment Plan Easy to Follow The app brings the main planning tasks together in a dashboard, with debt balances, repayment progress, and reminders visible in one place. - Debt Overview: Keep balances, interest rates, and minimum payments together rather than scattered across separate notes. - Payoff Planning: Compare repayment strategies and see an estimated payoff date based on the figures entered. - Progress & Reminders: Record payments, follow milestones, and keep upcoming payments in view. #### One Product Across Website and App Our work covered the public website and the app itself, with a consistent visual identity across both. The website explains the offer, and the app supports the ongoing work of planning and tracking repayments. ### Amplifying Enrollment for UC Berkeley's Master of Climate Solutions Program Source: https://ammarulhaq.com/case-berkeley/ Google Ads Search and Display campaigns for the University of California, Berkeley's Rausser College of Natural Resources, built to drive qualified applicants into a 10-month, in-person climate leadership program. - Client: UC Berkeley, Rausser College of Natural Resources - Program: Master of Climate Solutions (MCS) - Campaign Period: Sep 9, 2024 to Jan 3, 2025 - Channels: Google Search & Display #### About the Program The University of California, Berkeley's Rausser College of Natural Resources introduced the Master of Climate Solutions (MCS) program, a 10-month, in-person course that gives working professionals the practical skills to take on climate problems. The program targets individuals with over three years of experience from diverse educational and technical backgrounds, blending hands-on capstone projects, leadership training, and a strong emphasis on equity and climate justice. #### Objectives - Increase Program Awareness: Put the MCS program in front of prospective applicants in the regions that mattered most. - Drive Website Traffic: Encourage prospective students to visit the program's webpage for detailed information and to explore the curriculum. - Boost Application Submissions: Increase the number of qualified applicants entering the admissions funnel for the MCS program. #### Strategy We ran two Google Ads campaigns, Search and Display, across four regions: Washington D.C., the wider United States, the U.S. West Coast, and the San Francisco Bay Area. ##### High-Intent Keyword Targeting - Keyword Targeting: Focused on high-intent keywords related to climate education, professional development in sustainability, and environmental leadership programs. - Ad Copy: Wrote ad copy around what sets the MCS program apart: hands-on capstone projects, leadership training, and a focus on equity and climate justice. - Location Targeting: We built a separate campaign for each region, which kept budgets clean and made it easy to track performance location by location. ##### Audience-Led Awareness - Audience Segmentation: Used custom intent audiences to reach people already researching climate solutions, environmental policy, and related fields. - Visual Creatives: Built banner ads featuring UC Berkeley and the MCS program, each carrying one clear call to action. - Geographic Focus: Display ads ran in the same four regions to keep the program in front of prospects through the consideration window. #### Results The campaigns brought cost per conversion down to $18.79, drove strong volume, and held a conversion rate well above higher-ed benchmarks. - Conversions: 1,802 - Total Ad Spend: $33,855 - Cost per Conversion: $18.79 - Conversion Rate: 10.97% #### Conclusion Splitting Search and Display into separate, geo-targeted campaigns kept the MCS program visible in the four regions that mattered most, from Washington D.C. to the Bay Area, without wasting budget on the rest of the map. At $18.79 per conversion and a 10.97% conversion rate, the program filled its admissions funnel efficiently. Tight targeting and clear messaging did the work. ### 20% Year-Over-Year Growth for Victoria Pool Service & Supply Source: https://ammarulhaq.com/case-victoria-pool/ Web design, SEO, social media, AI lead automation, and Meta Ads, built for a 50-year-old Texas pool company whose digital presence had fallen behind its reputation. - Client: Victoria Pool Service & Supply - Location: Victoria, TX - Industry: Pool Service · Local Retail - Channels: Web · SEO · Social · Meta Ads · AI #### Headline Numbers - YoY Business Growth: 20% - Organic Social Reach: 3x - AI Lead Response: 24/7 - Google Rating: 4.8★ #### 50+ Years of Trust, Outdated Infrastructure Victoria Pool Service & Supply has served Victoria, Texas since 1968. Under new ownership, the business came to us carrying decades of local trust but a digital presence that hadn't kept pace. The website was outdated, the Google Business Profile was incomplete, and there was no paid media, no social strategy, and no system for capturing inbound leads. The owner, Geoff, had a clear goal: grow the business without adding headcount. Victoria Pool is a full-service pool company. They handle weekly cleaning and maintenance contracts, equipment repair through certified Jandy, Pentair, and Hayward partnerships, free in-store BioGuard water testing, and retail sales covering chemicals, above-ground pools, hot tubs, and Big Green Egg grills. They hold a TDLR RAIL license, making them one of the few fully certified pool technicians in the Crossroads region. #### Strong Word-of-Mouth, No Way to Capture It When we started, the business had strong word-of-mouth but almost no digital infrastructure to capture the demand that name recognition was generating. Four problems stood out immediately. - Outdated Website: Slow, hard to navigate on mobile, with no clear path for a visitor to request service or get a quote. - Thin Search Visibility: Key service pages weren't ranking in Victoria, TX, and the Google Business Profile had gaps in categories, photos, and descriptions. - No Social Presence: Nothing creating awareness between service calls, generating organic reach, or reminding past customers to re-book. - Leaky Lead Pipeline: Inbound leads from the website or phone fell through the cracks. No automated follow-up, no contact capture, no nurture. #### A Site Built to Turn Visitors Into Booked Jobs We rebuilt the site from the ground up on WordPress, purpose-built for a service business that needed to convert visitors into booked appointments and phone calls. The result felt like an established local business, not a stock template. Visitors found what they needed fast, and the paths to contact and scheduling were direct. ##### Conversion-Focused Foundation - Mobile-First Design: Clean, fast-loading pages with clear calls to action on every page. - Dedicated Service Pages: Pool cleaning and maintenance, repairs, BioGuard water testing, spa accessories, above-ground pools, and Big Green Egg products. - Online Estimate Calculator: Lets prospects get an instant quote without picking up the phone. ##### Recurring Revenue & Trust Signals - VIP Premium Loyalty Package: A structured offer page designed to grow recurring revenue from existing customers. - Pool Service App Feature: Showcasing real-time technician messaging and before/after photo transparency. - Live Google Reviews: Pulled directly onto the homepage to reinforce social proof on landing. #### Local SEO Built on Page Structure, Local Signals, and Consistency SEO for a local service business lives and dies on a handful of things. We worked on all of them. ##### Technical & Content Foundation - Keyword Research: Targeted Victoria, TX and the surrounding Crossroads area for pool service, repair, and supply searches. - Meta & Schema: Optimized titles and descriptions across every service and location page, plus FAQPage, LocalBusiness, and Service JSON-LD site-wide. - FAQ Sections: Added across service pages to capture featured snippet opportunities and answer real buyer questions. ##### Map Pack & Citation Coverage - Google Business Profile: Fully built out with categories, service areas, photo uploads, and a keyword-rich business description. - Citation Building: Audited and built across Yelp, Bing Places, Yellow Pages, and pool-industry directories. - Differentiators: Structured the site around the TDLR RAIL certification and BioGuard partnership as ranking-worthy local differentiators. #### Year-Round Content That Stays Top of Mind Most pool service companies post inconsistently or not at all between busy seasons. We built a content pipeline that ran year-round to keep Victoria Pool in front of homeowners before they needed service. Organic impressions grew roughly 3x over the campaign period. More importantly, content was doing real work: driving profile visits, generating direct messages from prospective customers, and warming audiences for paid campaigns. - Monthly Calendars: Facebook and Instagram content covering seasonal tips, promotions, pool care education, and behind-the-scenes technician work. - Branded Designs: Post designs consistent with the new website look and the BioGuard partnership aesthetic. - Seasonal Reminders: Service reminder campaigns tied to demand peaks: pool opening season, summer chemical balance, off-season maintenance. - Local Affinity: Community-focused posts highlighting Victoria, TX to build local connection and encourage shares. #### Capturing Visitors Who Weren't Ready to Call We built and deployed a custom AI chatbot directly on the Victoria Pool Service website. Its job was straightforward: engage visitors who weren't ready to call, answer common questions about services and pricing, and collect contact information before they left the page. ##### Always-On Front Desk - Smart Greetings: Greets visitors on key service pages and guides them toward requesting a quote or scheduling a service call. - Pre-Sale Q&A: Handles common questions on service areas, cleaning contracts, chemical treatments, and equipment repair turnaround times. - Direct CRM Push: When a visitor leaves their name, phone, or email, that contact is pushed automatically into GoHighLevel and triggers the right follow-up workflow. ##### Recovered After-Hours Demand - Extended Hours: Visitors at 10 PM got answers and left their contact info instead of bouncing off the site. - Smart Routing: Conversations needing a human touch were flagged and routed to Geoff's pipeline inside GHL so nothing slipped through. - Morning-Ready Leads: Captured contacts fed directly into automated follow-up, so the team woke up to a queue ready to close. #### Sub-Five-Minute Lead Response, Automatically We built automated workflows in GoHighLevel to handle inbound leads from the website, chatbot, and Facebook Lead Forms, so every contact got a fast, consistent response without Geoff tracking anything by hand. - Instant Internal Alerts: SMS and email notifications fired to the Victoria Pool team simultaneously, so staff knew about every new lead the moment it arrived. - Unified Lead Pipeline: Facebook Lead Form submissions captured inside GHL, triggering the same instant outreach sequence as website leads. Every channel, one pipeline. - Automatic Follow-Up: Personalized SMS within minutes of a lead landing. A 7 PM inquiry got a reply before dinner was over. - Real Competitive Edge: Response time dropped from hours (or overnight) to under five minutes, a real edge in a local service market. #### Paid Traffic, Built on a Converting Foundation Paid traffic gave the organic foundation something to amplify. We ran Meta campaigns with two jobs: drive new leads for cleaning contracts and maintenance, and retarget website visitors with specific offers. ##### Top-of-Funnel & Lead Forms - Geo-Targeted Awareness: Campaigns aimed at homeowners in Victoria, TX and surrounding zip codes for service-area reach. - Lead-Form Campaigns: Captured contact info directly inside Facebook for pool cleaning route sign-ups, with no landing page friction. - Seasonal Creative: Rotated monthly with angles like spring pool opening, summer water testing specials, and pre-winter maintenance. ##### Retargeting & Loyalty - Website Retargeting: Custom audiences from website visitors and video viewers re-served with the VIP Premium Loyalty Package and seasonal specials. - Loyalty Push: Drove existing customers toward the recurring-revenue VIP package, a revenue stream that didn't exist before we started. - Connected Funnel: Ads landed on a site built to convert and fed straight into automated follow-up. Every part of the funnel connected. #### Twelve-Month Results Twelve months in, Victoria Pool Service grew business revenue by 20% year-over-year, the compounding result of more inbound leads, faster conversion, and higher customer value from retention campaigns like the VIP Premium Package. - 20% YoY Revenue Growth: Cleaning routes filled faster than in previous seasons. The site now flags limited availability because the routes really are filling up. - 3x Organic Social Reach: Driven by consistent monthly content calendars across Facebook and Instagram. - Sub-5-Minute Response: Lead response time dropped from hours (or overnight) to under five minutes via GHL automation and instant SMS/email alerts. - After-Hours Capture: The AI chatbot captured leads that previously bounced, feeding them straight into the GHL follow-up pipeline. - 5-Star Google Average: Google Business Profile now maintains a 5-star average across all reviews. - New Revenue Stream: The VIP Premium Loyalty Package created a recurring revenue stream that didn't exist before the engagement. #### Infrastructure That Matched the Reputation Victoria Pool Service didn't need a gimmick. They needed their infrastructure to match the reputation they'd built over 50-plus years. Once the website was converting, the SEO was targeting the right searches, the social was running on schedule, and leads were being followed up automatically, the 20% growth followed from those systems compounding on each other. Geoff got time back instead of losing it to manual follow-up. This is the kind of result that holds, because it sits on a reliable foundation rather than a one-off campaign spike. ### A Clearer Digital Home for Neumann ImmoConsult Source: https://ammarulhaq.com/case-neumann-immoconsult/ A responsive website redesign for a real-estate consultancy serving Karlsruhe, Bretten, and the surrounding region, built around direct service paths and a warmer visual identity. - Client: Neumann ImmoConsult - Location: Karlsruhe · Bretten · Region - Industry: Residential & Commercial Real Estate - Scope: UX · Visual Design · Front-End Development #### A Real-Estate Website Built Around Intent Neumann ImmoConsult works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and property developers across Karlsruhe and Bretten. The redesign organizes the site around those four needs, so visitors can identify the right service without searching through long pages. The new homepage pairs local property imagery with plain German copy, clear calls to action, and a compact navigation. It feels established, personal, and easy to use on desktop and mobile. #### What the Redesign Needed to Fix - Clarify the Main Services: Separate selling, buying, renting, and development into visible entry points with direct language. - Keep the Local Character: Present Neumann ImmoConsult as a regional adviser with a personal presence in Karlsruhe and Bretten. - Make Contact Easy: Place valuation, property search, sales, and contact actions where visitors naturally make decisions. #### Warm, Local, and Easy to Read The visual system draws from the existing logo: peach accents, cream backgrounds, charcoal text, and white space. Large property photography carries the page, while the interface stays restrained. ##### A More Recognizable Property Brand - Brand Palette: Peach highlights key words and actions. Cream and charcoal keep the interface warm without competing with the photography. - Editorial Type: Large headlines create a clear reading order, supported by compact labels and short service descriptions. - Regional Photography: Homes and architectural details make the service feel specific to the local property market. ##### Four Clear Starting Points - Sell a Property: Owners can move directly toward valuation and a sales conversation. - Find a Home: Buyers and renters reach available property information without crossing unrelated content. - Rent or Develop: Landlords and development clients get dedicated routes with their own calls to action. #### A Responsive Site With Direct Next Steps The finished redesign keeps the main decision points visible across screen sizes. The hero leads with the regional promise, the service grid separates each audience, and the owner valuation prompt gives high-intent visitors a direct next step. The build uses lightweight front-end code, responsive image treatment, and a compact mobile layout. Every section supports one job: help the visitor understand the offer and choose what to do next. ### A Distinct B2B Website for CorporateYou Source: https://ammarulhaq.com/case-corporateyou/ A website redesign for a German textile-finishing company, shaped around bold typography, its production methods, and a clear route from first visit to quote request. - Client: CorporateYou - Location: Baden · Germany - Industry: B2B Textile Finishing - Scope: UX · Visual Design · Front-End Development #### A Website That Looks as Specialized as the Business CorporateYou produces and finishes corporate wear, workwear, event clothing, and promotional textiles for business clients. Its offer covers embroidery, flex printing, DTF, DTG, sublimation, latex printing, and textile processing under one roof. The redesign presents that range through a focused one-page experience. Large type establishes the brand, production details explain the work, and the page keeps the quote request visible from the opening screen onward. #### What the Redesign Needed to Communicate - Lead With the B2B Position: Make it clear from the first screen that CorporateYou works with companies, agencies, brands, and sports clubs rather than one-off consumer orders. - Explain the Production Range: Turn a technical list of finishing methods into a page that buyers can scan and understand quickly. - Show Capacity and Control: Give production volume, in-house embroidery, processing, and logistics the same weight as the visual brand. #### Industrial Precision With an Editorial Voice The visual direction uses a near-black background, warm cream text, and signal red accents. Oversized headlines carry the personality, while a measured grid and compact labels keep technical information ordered. ##### A Brand Built for Recognition - Expressive Typography: Outlined lettering, heavy sans serif type, and high-contrast serif text give the page a distinct rhythm without hiding the message. - Production-Led Imagery: Workwear, embroidery equipment, and finished textiles connect the visual identity to the work performed in-house. - Controlled Color: Signal red marks calls to action and key facts. Cream text keeps long sections readable against the dark interface. ##### The Sales Story in One Continuous Page - Story and Positioning: The opening sections define the company, its business-only focus, and the promise behind the brand. - Services and Methods: Core services and seven finishing methods are separated into readable blocks with short practical descriptions. - Capacity and Contact: Production volume and the quote request appear as decision-making information, not footnotes at the end of the page. #### A Responsive Page With a Clear Sales Path The final page moves from positioning to services, production methods, capacity, target industries, and reasons to choose the company. Each section answers a question a business buyer is likely to ask before requesting a quote. The responsive build keeps the oversized type and strong grid while adapting them for smaller screens. Navigation, section labels, and repeated quote actions help visitors move through a long page without losing their place. ## Contact Project enquiries: https://ammarulhaq.com/contact/ Email: hello@ammarulhaq.com LinkedIn: https://pk.linkedin.com/in/ammarulhaq
